Eric Kuhn '09 will host former Vice President Al Gore's attorney David Boies, and Fox news anchor Mike Jerrick on his WHCL 88.7 FM radio show on Thursday, Feb. 9, beginning at 3 p.m. Jerrick will be the guest from 3-3:30 p.m. and Boies from 3:30-4 p.m. The show can also be heard at www.whcl.org .

Boies was lead counsel for Gore in the litigation relating to the 2000 election Florida vote count. He has also, unsuccessfully, defended Napster when the company was sued by the RIAA for facilitating copyright infringement.

Mike Jerrick is the co-host of "DaySide" and joined FOX News Channel as weekend co-host of "FOX and Friends" in October 2002.
